  very poor service and not professional at all.. went to look at a house for rent in richfield. lady showed up late and not dressed approriate and had a major attitude. at first she told me they were selling it but are willing to rent it, thats why i went to look at it. told me if she didnt hear back from another person interested in it by end of the day it was mine to rent and i would be in within a month and a half. recieved a call that no one else wanted it and it was mine. 3 weeks went by and said everything is going good and she was going to write up a lease and kept prolonging me to meet with her and wouldnt answer calls back. she then said the owners of the house were being sketchy with her as well, so i took it upon myself to call the owners myself as i know then from friends of the family and they said they never wanted to rent it they need to sell it to be able to move out and get another house.. why she would do this i dont know. she also tried to get me to look into mortages with her but i told her i wanted to rent for a year to get established. the owners called her asking her why she would tell me that they wanted to rent, when they need to sell. she even put it in the penny saver. she then called me yelling at me telling me i cant contact the owners myself thats her job and i was to stay out of it. i told her where to go and how to get there. heard this happens alot with people in the area. stay away! go through a true realtor company.
